Welcome to Quranicly — a spiritually centered mobile application developed to enhance your connection with the Quran and Islamic tools. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Quranicly ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Quranicly mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use Quranicly, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

By using the App, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, spiritual, or educational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, reproduce, or distribute the App or its content without permission;
• Use the App for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose;
• Attempt to bypass premium features or access controls;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code;
• Disrupt or interfere with our servers, security, or functionality;
• Use the App for commercial gain without written approval.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any misuse.
